Ordering
Our preferred method of via the phone 01707 331445 - quick easy - done!

Sandwich Platters to be placed before 9.30am one working day preceding the delivery date

Finger Buffets to be placed before 9.30am two working days preceding the delivery date

Orders placed outside these times are usually no problem but please call to check

Our normal working days are 7 Days a week! 7.00 am - 6.15pm

Delivery

Delivery is free inside of our normal delivery area of a 3 mile radius of Welwyn Garden City.

Delivery is free on all food orders over £100 within a 5 mile radius of Welwyn Garden City.

Delivery is free on all food orders over £250 within a 15 mile radius ofWelwyn Garden City.

Collection by arrangement is Free

Delivery charges are negotiable on smaller orders.

Delivery charges are subject to the standard rate of VAT

Delivery Times

Deliveries are arranged at a time to suit you, between 8am until 3pm. Delivery outside these times is subject to confirmation and may incur a negotiable delivery charge

We can deliver your order to any address, an office, site or location even on different company premises. We need exact locations and meetings names, facilitators and contact information for deliveries.

We try as far as possible to deliver at a time to suit you and this will be confirmed when you order. Occasionally traffic or other unforeseen problems can cause a delay or we may at times also deliver items earlier.

All deliveries must be checked and signed for if requested by an authorised representative of the customer at the time of delivery. Signature will be deemed to constitute acceptance of delivery of a complete order.

If any part of an order is found to be missing (or is rejected) on delivery, the customer must inform Bebo Catering within 30 minutes of the agreed delivery time

An Invoice will be supplied with goods on delivery or sent by email direct to the originator of the order or accounts departments.
